    Global warming hits the tundra….. 35F to 84F in like a day……..we had 1 day of 70F and that was it.

    The misses does pork chops in the frying pan, but they always turn out a bit too tough.

    Usually put them on the Traeger, but if I’m lazy, I put a little olive oil and rub on them and put them in a zip lock in the morning and let them get happy all day — cook them in a pan with big dollop of real butter on medium low heat

    How in the world can a driver not know how to adjust brakes. Has to be a steering wheel holder; certainly not an operator.

    Sounds like they may be over cooked. Pork today can be cooked to a lower finished temp. Meats will rise another 5 to 10 degrees when taken off the heat. So pulling at about 145 to 150 is good. While they rest, they will still be cooking.
