Like when I fell while having my stroke. I got this, gotta go, fell.. lay there, thought. OK, you have fallen, but you still need to go.
Shook, moved extremities, felt for blood. Functioned, no blood. Rolled over and dog padded into the bathroom, held on to the edge of the tub to drop my pants, someway got my ?>? flipped up on the commode and went. All over, had not gotten pants down enough. Had phone in pocket called daughter and told her I had fallen, was not bleeding nor anything broken. But she needed to come get me. She sent an ambulance and beat it there.. You are very aware/alert/coherent in such situations.

I found 3 on the tree pretty easy, my 70 ford with 4 speed granny was so wore out in it that it was basically driven like I was taught for a big truck, clutch.. starting and stopping, otherwise it stays put, but covered in case something goes haywire.

Taught the ex-wife how to drive a manual in 1978, there was a lot of swearing. A lot of crying. A lot of frustration.......from me.

She did finally learn, but that poor clutch.

Kinda.....due to overtrucking it took me about 40 minutes to find where I left off, and I'm still not caught up. But I gotta drive now.
