Escape from New York.

 

I'm parked about 100 yards from where I started 13 hours ago. In between, I drove 611 miles, dropped my light load, and picked up a heavy one. (Heavy for a van, that is; not heavy like some of you haul.) Most of that was in Wyoming, with a small part of it in the Land of the Utes.

The highlight of the day was a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich at the second best truckstop in the world at Little America. Less than $7 with tax.

See that they are demolishing several of the buildings. What is the word on that? Rebuilding?

 

They finished a major remodel of the tourist building earlier this year. I haven't noticed any other big changes but I'm not always the most observant. Personally I wish they would repave the parking lot but that's the last thing most stops consider doing.

Did he run off with a Mormon Chick or Freeze to Death and die from the Brutal Cold in Utah?

If we are Lucky…. But then, we wouldn’t have anyone else close to entertain us with their lonely life.
