Our former house has been a F rental since dad sold it in 2016. I'm sure its interior is shot to #### as well. It's got real hardwood floors in it.

Here is a cooking tip. A new bottle of crushed red pepper is much hotter than an old bottle that's Probly ten (10)years olde.

Light tain and 60 degrees at the homestead windows cracked and attic fan is freshening the house.

 

I did cable TV, microwave comm.,ect at 1 time. There were few homes i walked in & turned around and walked out. Called the office, not going in there.
