What if it Snows?

I know I've been annoying the past week with the new hobby so this will be the last time for a while. I'm really not trying to convince anyone to take up this activity, just sharing the joy I experience like some talk about pico, bow hunting, mustard, ribs, skiing, farming, kale, and old arn.

Got my ten (10) sampler cigars, a humidor, and a V cutter in the mail today. Currently prepping for my annual physical scheduled for tomorrow while contemplating the construction of yet another massive data center in the distance. Have to kill any mites or other bugs that might be hiding in my body from my former sugar addiction. I had forgotten how tobacco kills the sugar craving.

This one comes wrapped in a leaf instead of cellophane. Very tasty.

 

Just talked to my sister and she said about the same. That it needs to develop a little more.

 

So what does a "good" cigar run these days?

 

I've been getting these five-pack samplers for around $30 - $40, so about $6 - $8 a stick. Just starting to look at boxes of 20, which can be under $100 or $5 apiece, but a lot of them between $100 - $200. Of course, like whisky and gin, you can spend a lot more if you feel like it.

So far I've only had one a day. Cheaper than a pack of cigarettes nowadays, and I used to smoke at least a pack a day, sometimes two.

Don't know, but the benchmark years ago was... "What this country needs is a good 10 cent cigar."
