Can you get a 302 in it?


I'm sitting at the shipper load secured. But paper work has not been released.

 

I was smoking these as my habit increased. I thought they were as good as more expensive ones. I'd smoke at least three (3) a day

On occasion I replay an old dream of mine to do up a sleeper '76 wagon (I like the egg crate grill on the 76) and drop in a 5.0/302.

2.3 ltr 4 banger has the same chassis mounts as the v8. Just need to do up a quick trans cross member.

But then I would want to upgrade to v6 brakes and rear axle, which are the same as was used on the V8 Mustang II.

And then, about that time, I loose interest because I have so many other more rewarding projects floating around in my brain.......

Pinto never came with a V8 . But back then there was companys that made kits to swap in a 302. Guy in my neighborhood had one he put a 302 in. He did it in a weekend.
