At FIL's watching this wack space movie, Project Hail Mary, with the guy that my daughter loves, Ryan Gosling. Decided to come outside and smoke a cigar because I got bored. I guess I'm not into Hollywood space propaganda anymore.

After talking to my friends, mom decided to hold on to the land and let them manage it. Learned all about capital gains and tax basis. No one wants to pay the government a half million dollars just because you held onto your property for 40 years. I'm sure she'll get more income with less headache from letting them manage it.

They are worried about you contaminating their premises with a dirty truck. Going in to the salt caves maybe?
Also, wear clean clothes as you might want to get out of the truck.:rolleyes:

I woke up last night, and thought," I need to get dressed, so I can get out of the truck to take a leak.........."
