Yes, but I am pretty sure she'll come out $8k - 10k ahead after they take their 10% because she has rent prices about 30% below market. Plus they'll do soil samples and run a drone above it every year to make sure they're farming it right. The current renters have been mostly good, but Dad caught one of them doing stupid stuff a few times over the years. He grew up farming it, and my brother had an ag business degree, but they're both gone now and Mom is ancient and I don't know #### about how to manage it, so it seems worth it to me.

This morning seems clear yesterday was hazy from the smoke of the Canadian wildfires. Visibility was less than 2 miles luckily I was able to avoid strenuous activity.

 

I was wrong now that the orb has climbed higher the haze is apparent. TV news claims the ghetto (Detroit) now has the worst air quality in the world. Canada boosts us to number one.
