She not like meatloaf at all or just didn't like your version? I mean there is probably an unlimited number of recipes for meatloaf.

 

Not at all. Make the meatloaf just as like regular, all nice and loaf like. Then just bake it off in the roasting pan. All the sides will have that nice texture and the excess grease will drain off to the pan.

 

Didn’t like my version. Said it looked pale. Well it’s ground turkey. And texture was off. She’s a picky eater. My brother was the same way.

 

.my plan is roll me thru the oven and toss me in my backyard. Mom didn’t like that idea but it’s my carcass.

 

I'm not generally a picky eater but I would have probably passed on that one.

 

Needs beef, lamb and pork to be a proper meatloaf

 

Never done one with lamb included.

 

Sounds like the turducken of meatloafs.
