What if it Snows?

Goat , Lamb , mutton , has a gamey taste i guess but its red meat and i aint opposed to it . Gingered leg o lamb is good i think .

 

Mother said depending on fat content of meat is determining factor if oats are mixed in.

You like curry? Lamb curry is quite good.

 

Looks like eggs, bacon and cheese in a tortilla. What’s not to like.

 

That is probably too low of a fat content for making meatloaf. A 85-15 or 80-20 might have been a better choice. Also maybe cooked too long. Should have been finished in an hour at 350 to 375. Smoking on the grill takes a bit longer.

 

Easy to make. They all ready make that anyway.


Edit. What would the sauces be like? Little packets?

 

well, added a truck and a driver with 20 years of experience.. brought my insurance up by more than half..
Makes sense right. KW is back on the road, pulled a reefer load with Mack, cleaned it out and loaded my stuff in KW, well see how this goes once again.
