What is required to activate dot and Mc# for 26ft box truck?

Hello folks we need some help and advice with getting our box truck business up and running.
This is what I already have done which isn’t much but its a start. We have a LLC, MC#, and DOT# but they are not activate. We have not purchased the truck yet but we know we need to get the box truck and insurance. So are there any other steps we need to take before getting the truck and how do we activate the numbers?
