The trailers they use for potatoes in Idaho (just one example I've seen) that has a belt/conveyor to remove the product?
I thought it was called a walking floor, but I was informed that that is not what it's called

I've heard them referred to as live bottom trailers but there's probably a ton of different names.

Belt trailer is what they're called around here. A walking floor is quite a bit different.
