I'm wondering if I may have a problem or not. The truck I drive runs at about 40 psi when I am driving. At idle, it's about 20 psi. It's not low on oil so I don't know if this is normal. Also, once the truck warms up, it runs at around 200/210. The fan will kick on if it gets any hotter and will cool it back down rather quickly. I check the coolant level each morning before starting and hardly need to add anything to it. So, is this truck starting to have problems or is this normal? It has 104 thousand miles on it
What should the oil pressure and normal temperature be on a T300?

That doesn't mean nothing, WHAT ENGINE DO YOU HAVE IN IT ?

Those trucks only had 2 engines put in them. One was a 3126 Cat. And if thats whats in it those numbers are normal. The other engine would be a ISC Cummins And those numbers would be poor for a ISC. If the truck is no more than 2 or 3 years old then it might have a Paccar MX6 and then those numbers would be on the low side for that. Hope this helps Bill

Well, I'm not going to worry about it. The brakes were shot on it to the point they wouldn't hold the truck on even a slight incline when the parking brake was on so I told them I didn't feel safe driving it. They got them fixed(the back ones were so bad they had to replace the entire drum on both sides) and afterwards, I was told not to drive it anymore. So, I'm having to drive a F550 pump truck now. But at least the A/C works on it..LOL
