I have a fond memory of the one and only time I lumped a load. It was medical supplies such as bandages and stuff like that. Three pallets. Hole in the wall place. I pulled off three pallets, re stacked some boxes, 15 minutes of my time. Paid $250 by customer. I would deliver to that customer again in a heart beat.

Western Express is a starter company where you want to only stay long enough to get your experience (1 year) and then move on to something better. I should know,I was there a year and a half before I moved on.
