Okay got it. Forced dispatch terminology if not clarified might be misperceived as forced to do all loads legal or not.

You also have to define "bad weather" Someone who grew up in the Florida Keys has a different opinion of snowstorm, than someone from Minnesota.

I have a fond memory of the one and only time I lumped a load. It was medical supplies such as bandages and stuff like that. Three pallets. Hole in the wall place. I pulled off three pallets, re stacked some boxes, 15 minutes of my time. Paid $250 by customer. I would deliver to that customer again in a heart beat.

    Cabinover101 and snowlauncher Thank this.

I should know,I was there a year and a half before I moved on.

That's exactly how I view them too. I made it 10 months and a better opportunity dropped in my lap. There as good as anyone to get your experience in my mind

How would it compare to CRST?

Some how my question ended up in your quote. Tried to edit to fix, and nothing doing. So there you go.

    Fixed. ;)

Lol I've screwed that up a few times. I cant speak on CRST since I've never worked for them. That being said, keep this in mind: wherever you go to after you get your experience, to recruiters, experience is experience regardless of who you work for. As long as its verifiable, they dont care about the name.of the company. They dont get caught up in what people say about these companies. They just want to know that you've experienced OTR.
