What truck stops are you in A LOT?

    I try not to stop at the same truck stops very often because I don't want to wear out my welcome. You know the old saying "Familiarity breeds contempt".
    That plus I always like trying something different.

    It's not too bad of a stop but it's always extremely crowded and of course it's a pretty small location. Last time I was there the maintenance guys were squeegeeing drivers windshields as they fueled. They were also making sure guys were pulling up after fueling and going to the parking lot if they planned to do anything other than grab a receipt. Thought that was neat.

    Heh, that sounds awesome. On the opposite end of the spectrum, last time I was there, the lines to each fuel island were 4 deep, there was almost no food inside and parking was slammed. I did get a spot after waiting for a bit, but that was luck. And all that was at 330pm on a weekend.

    Gore's in Seiling, OK is pretty hard to beat.

    But I'll take anyplace that puts me next to a grocery store so I can get real food...Pilot in Childress, TX and Love's in Bennett, CO are two of them.
