My mistake, he was Army, not USMC.

I would just chalk it up as your lucky day at this point. Different story if she rang it up but my bet is that no one there will ever catch it.

 

Yes, I would have corrected her. I always did, and it happened more than once with fuel purchases, cash advances and such. I'd feel ####ty, If I did not. Do you even need to ask?
