What's with Ohio cops hamming the hell out of truckers?

I hear you. I just have to get through the wolfpacks first. Ive been hunted by a couple once or twice. I don't know if it is a MSP game of let's catch that really fast truck or not...(Its not...) lol.

I dunno about AZ but I don't understand why people say the things they do about CA cops. Probably have trouble when you try to get away with driving 67 mph in a 55 mph state.

 

Ha! Bingo cards, that takes me back. And remember the trucks with all the different license plates. You could tell right away where this guy ran.

You mean you're just noticing this?Ohio has always been like this.They hate trucks period and I hate Ohio.

 

I go down there every now and then, Toledo, Bowling Green, Youngstown and Dayton. Since they have raised the speed limit to 70 for trucks, I see fewer of Ohio's finest out there. You just have to watch yourself on the two lanes going through the small towns and villages, the locals will make your life miserable.

I'm up in the Detroit area, and they have nabbed me twice down there, two tickets in two weeks on the Green Stamp, but that was back in 2001 or there about. No real issues since, and yes, I was speeding. 63 in a 55.

 

Yeah, I'm with you. I have no idea what the problem everyone has with CHP. I get hating the state in general or CARB, but CHP has never given me any problems. I usually run 62 in the day and 59 at night, but even at 70 I've had one just pull up beside me and gesture for me to slow it down before he took off.
