Most are okay, they are just so understaffed and have cut their hours so it is hard to get anything done. Since they allow us to do services on the trucks/trailers at TA/Petro now, that is usually the best option.

Lenoir seems to be ok. Not too bad in my experience at Ottawa. New Kingstown and Columbus seem to be backed up alot. Pretty quick in Indy in the couple of times I have been there.
-
yep the hours are shorter for those guys now. A lot of second shifts have been eliminated.
Lenoir did a T1 trlr inspection in about an hour where a certain other shop took over four The guys at Indy were very quick but they were empty and about time to go home. When out with the trainer we asked Lafayette to fix the bunk air and the guys were GOOD! They were also very nice yet they work in the smallest shop with the least amenities....go figure. -
i need a B service where should i go? also going to probably need some drive tires?

I've always had really good luck at Ottawa. Seem to have better luck with the smaller terminals/shops.
