When starting a lease does it have to be in drivers name?

I'm just wondering...

When starting a lease, does it have to be in the drivers name or can you put it in under an LLC? If I was to EVER start a lease with a company, and that's a big IF, I think forming an LLC for the purchase of the vehicle would be the only way I would do it.

Also wondering if anybody knows the terms of the lease usually available. Seems like most I've read about are for 3-5 years. I'm just wondering if there are shorter terms available, like maybe 6-12 months???
