Are you competitive? Are you advertising? Even huge companies pay independent recruiters thousands per driver to get someone to orientation. Bottom line, though, is if you aren't competitive with pay, benefits and equipment, your not going to get Tier 1 or even Tier 2 drivers. I once recruited a driver broken down at a rest area. Craigslist is your friend as well.
Where are the drivers needing jobs?

I sold my rig and if all goes well my pay offered is 25% of the load, while that may sound low to some, but we are talking loads that pay over 5.00 per mile.
An offer of good pay is subjective.MNdriver Thanks this. -
Where are the drivers that I can screw over?

Many different threads looking for driver and many unanswered questions in all of them.
This is a FedEx straight truck gig and season is busy now. So what happens when the season slows down... No wonder you're looking for drivers... Reading the other posts you seem like a nice lady that wants to take care of drivers but you don't anwser any questions. Strange.
Good luck with your search. -
MNdriver Thanks this.

Is there a place for posting ads here? We're looking for a driver as well and Craigslist seems to have dried up and I think we have a pretty good offering.

Just the states you'd consider hiring out of.tomkatrose Thanks this.
