They want the good stuff !:mlaugh::mlaugh::mlaugh::mlaugh::mlaugh:
Actually Wisconsin Dairys are small. The avg dairy size is 2500 cows and mostly Holsteins, that don't have much fat in the milk. Wisconsin has more diversity of different breeds and make a lot of butter.
And New Mexico doesn't have the places to package and distribute..... but Wisconsin is really good at "cutting the cheese" ha ha ha oh i slay me (kneeslapping) :biggrin_2559:

One good thing about my new gig, getting loaded in 10 minutes and unloaded in 5.

    Oh my day!

It started out with take two crates 1,329# to Air France on two different pick up numbers cutoff 10AM and one 77# to United cut 11. Followed shortly by United not ready.
Learned something ELSE I have to check EVERY time. Left SDV 9:30 without United.
Arrived at Air France to find I had two IDENTICAL Airwaybills. Every piece of paper ALL Identical. Informed dispatch and waited better than an hour to get told to take them back and get United while there. Just pulling into gate when informed United is cancelled but do get two things to go to China Air. After another better than an hour leave SDV with one crate for Air France and the two China Air. Gets a little sketchy remembering the rest except last thing I was supposed to do was Murphy Shipping to Cargolux. But when I got to Murphy they hit me up with another Air France as well.

Took quite a while to do my paperwork as I had 12 total delivery tickets for the day.
