Where Are You....continues........

Goin' ta git TruckerDawg back from the Dawgy Paradise Hotel 'n Furry Critter Emporium. 'Lil monster been gettin' spoiled all week.

 

Thanks to Nik and Hammer for the FB info. I just got internet at home Wednesday, but too #### tired to even get online. Work has been crazy this week. I've been going in at 6-0630 and not getting out until 1630 or later. Next week will start my 6 week run of being in at 0430 and I'm not even looking forward to Monday. The day after the Chiefs home opener and most of the drivers will likely run nights, which will totally screw me Friday.

The move went well. We got almost everything done 2 weeks ago. Today we have to go back and pick up some small stuff we left behind, mainly due to the heat. The last 2 mornings have been absolutely beautiful, but we need to go pick up our winter stuff today, then we should be done with having to go back.

Pete and IP, I am so sorry I missed you. I'll be honest right up front, I forgot all about this being the week you were both going to be in town. I've had so much on my mind I totally forgot. I hope you will both accept my apology.

My back has really been a problem. I've been going to the chiro every other day, and mornings are painful. Sleeping isn't exactly restful, but I'm doing what I can.

We're enjoying our new home so much. Most everything is put away, but I do still have a few boxes to get unpacked and put away. We've spent more time outside, we have sidewalks and I can get out and walk, which I have tried a couple times, though it kills my back and leg, but I do it anyway. I'm getting more rest, feel better, and I believe I've actually lost some weight. I have a plant that was given to me as a housewarming gift and I'm enjoying going out and watering it every morning and evening. I have so many planters the lady left behind, that I'm actually going to get some fall plants and fill the planters.

This move has changed my attitude and outlook so much. It's been so wonderful for both myself and Kenny.

I've missed visiting with you all so much, and while he is watching football all day tomorrow, I may go back and try to catch up, but until then, if somebody would catch me up on how everybody is doing, if there have been any major ups or downs for anybody, I would appreciate it so much. I love y'all so much, and I'm looking forward to spending time with you again.

One thing I would like to know; Flo, are you safe from all this major flooding. I've worried about you since I first learned of what was happening out there.
