What is it about "higher" education that turns folks into socialists? :biggrin_25524: If someone is stupid enough to obtain a chrome polishin' nightmare, he should be aware that as a capitalist tool, he's gonna have ta hire an illegal alien to keep the durn thing polished!

At home and a bittersweet day it was today.....sold my truck! Got a good fair price for it and I believe I represented the condition of the truck honestly and gave full disclosure on any and all concerns. The buyer was happy with the truck and after a good hour test drive on highway and city roads and a thorough inspection and discussion he took ownership. I was sad to see it go but happy that's it's going to a good home to continue to work as it should, sitting in a yard parked up is not a good life for a truck!

Sitting in Bucksville, Alabama right now watching some of the truck stop games. Fairly quite right now though. Emptied this morning, but probably won't see a reload until tomorrow.

Sitting at home wondering why I didn't bring the Monday load plan with me. Already got a call that 1 load is going to need to be covered for tomorrow. I can't remember who all was without a load tomorrow who could cover it. At least the OSR who called can cover a local load, and I remembered who was on the local, so it could get him some miles and the OSR will still be able to do the office work he had planned for tomorrow.

I need to go to WalMart for several items, including some of my scripts, but I don't know if myself and my leg are up to it. I've pretty much slept the day away. Every time I eat or drink something I get sick to my stomach. I'm so ready to feel better. I'm thinking of checking in to accupuncture to see if that will bring any relief.

Hey Pete! Was yesterday... or today your birthday??? I don't know... Started driving at 2:30 am central time this morning and around 4 or 5 or so I thought about calling you... thought you might be awaken... as you said you don't sleep much... and you start your day early... right? But then I wasn't sure... so I gave up... Hey, call me sometime... would you?
I dropped loaded trlr at terminal and now at a FJ in OK... all these truck stops around here are full.... :biggrin_2552: This truck has APU but I turned only the fan on and opened the windows and hang my clothes to dry after I washed them in the shower... :yes2557: Will go back to terminal later and dlver in the morning nearby.
