As per the post above from Amazon they are called steel rubber insulated clamps.
Quick Google search and they do have them at Home Depot how about that!Rideandrepair Thanks this. -

Their called ..Pee clamps .. you can get em at any auto parts store ..or off the internet

Look for the dipped ones, where the coating is bonded to to steel. The ones with the loose rubber suck, and they dont hold up to oil.
Fateners suppliers are also a good place to look.......Fastenal, Kimball Midwest,
