We drove for 1.5 years team straight from school and what we did worked... we ran every load as hard as possible but when we needed down time for laundry and maybe a few hours of uninterrupted sleep they weren't very compassionate... which is why we left that company. Not new.. just probably didn't run or do things as "effectively" as we could have.
We ended up getting accepted for orientation next Tuesday from Company B, our first choice. We too felt that reliable and comfortable equipment was more important than coin. As you said, chompi, pay and equipment go hand in hand.
Thanks everyone for the input. There are a ton of companies out there but these 2 seemed to fit what we are looking for best.
Where do we go from here?
