I need some direction on choosing L/O company to work with.
Is it better to be paid % or mileage?
Who has the best rate?
What trucks should not be considered? Certain years/motors/brands/etc?
Who has the best PM program?
Where is the best money?
Van? Flatbed? Reefer? Oilfield? Etc...
What company offers the best?
My situation...
Live in Oklahoma
Currently in oilfield
Company oilfield trucking 1.5 yrs
Business owner before that
I have no doubt I can hold up my end of the bargain, so I need a company I can trust to hold up their end for the next few years while I pay for the truck.
Thanks for advice.

A friend of mine is a lease op with a mega, and does pretty well for himself - netting around six-figures annually.
I’m genuinely curious here, why so many say L/O is sooooo terrible, when I know for a fact that some do very well with it.CruzControhl, Dave_in_AZ and jamespmack Thank this. -
