This is a good thread to revive, since the mandate is coming soon. I have bought an older truck and am just curious to what everyone is seeing out there. I see at least one new COE a month and I expect to see many more pre99 trucks out on the roads soon. My truck is an 84 COE and I am searching for a company up here in MI to maybe lease onto.

I found some older trucks and looked up this thread for the same reason.

So look for all inclusive loads, do they cover insurance too ?

My settlement has 83 a week deducted for the peoplenet and all the required insurances in that I also bought into a deductible buy down program so next time hit Bambi my dad is 250 I use my own fuel card now but that is my only expense other than fixing @@@@.

As far as last I heard landstar has no age limit on trucks , it just has to pass a LS 120 day inspection , I don't know if that will change now with ELD , haven't heard
