Looking for a dispatch company to use? Looking around I found https://www.google.com/search?q=dispatch+service&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=truck+dispatch+service&revid=475549113 From looking at them it seems they all offer the same services with little differences. One offered cpa service. Are they all somewhat similar as far as services? I could imagine rates, getting started and cancellation would be different. There is one of these companies on google's 1st page that allows you to download the contract agreement. Seems simple except one part in there I didn't like. So still looking. So does it come down to whether or not the dispatcher is actually looking out for you in order to keep your business? (I've had a few dispatchers. I know when it comes down to it. They only look out for one thing.) If you use one or used to use one. Which one. Additional question. Did you purchase a dispatch software or would that only be for 5+ trucks? Would it even benefit for -5 trucks. I can keep track of where 1-3 trucks are with a dry erase board.
