which one is a beter company Western Express or werner?

I've seen a few people complain about there dm calling them names and such and such. With Werner. I'd say Western treats drivers better in that case.

Oh, the grass is soooo much greener. Been with Knight out of Indy since i left western. Been averaging 3000-3300 miles a tour. Tours last from 7-10 days, by my choice. We have guys that are home every weekend. Averaging $1000 a week. No forced dispatch, easy bonuses, extra pay left and right, new trucks, daily pay. Oh yeah, the grass is green here.

 

If read some of the post and my main question is which is better, Werner or western? They both want to hire me and I want a dedicated route. Can anyone recommend which one is the best one to go to?

 

small rant ( former WE driver) @ dweedle i was out of birmingham and emporia and i saw home for 6 days in 10 months. i was OTR lived in AZ. had a decent dispatcher got good miles just home time was non existant.
not a bad company but not a great one wither. i was a flabedder. avg cks were 500/wk

 

That's like asking what would you rather have...

I'd go Werner. Better terminals, better equipment.

 

Some need both.
