Arizona is the best snow removal state there is

PA is bad. They only use sand I think. Truck looks like you drove through a beach when you get back

Utah is probably the best rated state. With lotsa salt in the back yard. And brine when it gets too cold for salt.
Oregon uses pea gravel. Oregon sucks in the winter time. Lotsa broken windshields.

I could never understand the 'bare pavement policy' that they supposedly enacted in Pennsylvania a few years ago. Rather than scraping the snow off the road and creating ice, would they not be better off letting it lay until the storm is over? Seems like every winter, they scrape the road bare, then it turns to a sheet of ice.
