Double Brokering Company that aims to steal money. They do more than one thing. Do not haul for them. If proof of delivery is not sent to them inside the first 30 minutes after delivery. Whitehorse gets to keep all load money. And other sinister shady inconsistencies are found in long written agreement.
Unreasonable scam tactics while double brokering loads.
My factoring company told us not to associate ourselves with Whitehorse Freight scammers. We notified Whitehorse per phone conversation their way of operation was raising flags for us.
Then in writing we notified them we will not be working with them.
Next day we found out they put a Freight guard. And Whitehorse Freight gave multiple death threats all because of a canceled load we did. That our factoring company told us Whitehorse would rip us off if we did such run.
A police report will be made of such multiple death threats made by Whitehorse. They have no authority to force anyone to do a load for them. After they were discovered to be double brokering. Whitehorse attempted to fool us by removing the name of the other party involved. Sending us a half empty edited paperwork.
All paperwork copies was shown by us to a scale house. After reviewing paperwork scale house told us we did the right thing. Because if we would have hauled Whitehorse scam double brokering loads we would have been in trouble.

Let me guess. You found these "sinister shady inconsistencies" in the written contract AFTER you signed? You really shouldn't have done that.

I thought it was a pretty good post. Not perfect, but a good warning.

The last time I dealt with white horse freight was in may 2024. Usually I hauled loads from Yuma / Nogales AZ to Utah.
Usually I haul loads for this people at least 10 times per year. only when they pay my rate. however , I have never had problems with this people.
it is good to know about your complain. ill be more carefully when I deal with them again.

    bryan21384 and snowlauncher Thank this.
