Who's staying out for thanksgiving?

My plans have changed. I will be home for Thanksgiving now.

 

I love watching people turn into dogs in Wal-Mart over those black friday deals. So pathetic

 

Whats sad about it is people have shot one and other over it, Like I said the whole season has become corrupted, and I don't really mean that in a religious sense but I guess it can apply to that also.

 

I bet those living in small towns and areas such as Wyoming and north Dakota laugh at places like that all the time. People in those areas live in such a way that they appreciate the holiday season that much more.

 

I'm planning on it, get home Wednesday, leave out Saturday. Fun never ends

 

Got a load to deliver in the morning.....(Monday the 23rd), and won't be back out till Saturday at the soonest. I've been burned way too many times working holidays. It's just not worth it.

The past 3 years the missus has asked if I wanted to go out for any of that nonsense.....I tell her each time I'd rather pay 50% more than msrp just to avoid the utterly barbaric morons.

Seriously.

 

Surely wouldn't do that if I was shopping for a new corvette. In that case, bring on all the barbaric morons you can throw at me.

 

Hate Turkey Day so I ask to run on my local runs that night....
Should be a hoot since I will be going to a 24/7 department store with after Thanksgiving sales...have the trusty video camera ready to get some of the mayhem if I can

 

If anybody is on the road at thanksgiving and find themselves in Reno, nv, the petro has a real nice thanks giving dinner. We have done it a couple times over the years and were not disapointed.
