Why can't they shut down Gunthers transport?

    I doubt they put him with violent offenders. Probably got sent to some weak country club federal prison. I'm sure he is in no danger were he is going. Min security will get a new guest.

    The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on Wednesday, Nov. 16, declared Maryland-based Gunthers Transport an imminent hazard to public safety and ordered the trucking company to cease all transportation services immediately. FMCSA said it issued an imminent hazard out-of-service order against Gunthers following an exhaustive review of the company's operations, which found multiple hours-of-service and vehicle maintenance violations.

    And as bad as the economy is the fmcsa is not going to shut down any company right now, of course they are going to help turn over drivers so they can hollar about the jobs created!
