Why do drivers leave their reefer on Cycle overnight at trk stops

Some people just invite abuse.

 

Bills say start stop you leave it on start stop. It says continous you leave it on continous. I catch ya messing with my reefer or truck, you wont do it again.

 

I think you might be in the wrong industry if you can't get a good night's sleep with other trucks around you without vandalism.

 

Maybe @Courser is the type of dirty boy that is in to getting handled by disgruntled daddies. If you give him what he wants, then he'll continue to do it.

 

Kind of funny, complaints of modern quiet reefers, when years ago, the old Thermo-Kings rattled the widows 5 trucks over. I'm a light sleeper and those squishy earplugs saved the day for me.

 

Not only that, but the local PD will be issuing you a bright shiny set of chrome bracelets on the way to a peaceful nights sleep at the gray bar hotel.


Driver's don't determine what mode reefers run in, the customer does.

 

Back in the 1990's I was parked besides a running reefer in the Port of Catoosa; tornado came through during the night and torn up buildings & shops I never woke up.
