Why do people in kenworth trucks sit so low

Midgets love Kenworths

 

Because we don’t like nose bleeds from sitting so high, also for some it’s more comfortable. Some also don’t like to be on display like a fish in a fish bowl.

 

Why do freighliner drivers sit so high ?

 

Gotta max out the air under the seat to help balance out from all the Freightshaker shaking.

 

It’s not just KW’s. I installed a Legacy LO in a Volvo. It allowed me to relieve the pressure on the backs of my legs and, because I prefer to drive off the bottom of the wheel, more comfortable to hold it.

 

Looks pretty cool, rides pretty nice...once I'm out of the yard, Kenworth is alright by me.

They're objectively terrible in the yard, though. Yes, tapping the fuel pedal meant reverse at 20 mph. Thank you.
