Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

It does look awfully tight. Those must be extra wide seats. I don't remember my w9 or my pete being that tight between the seats.

 

Ya, I like the narrow cab..... but the 680/880 solve that problem...

 

But it sacrifices the hood, air cleaners and smoke stacks. Not a good trade off.

 

I’ve spent 20 years in a kw narrow cab.... and almost that long in a R model Mack before that.....I like narrow !

Looks a lot better. And burns just as clean. And i bet the fuel economy is the same, if not better.

Butt ill still keep my hood and pure egr engine. It's financially the smarter move than buying a new truck.

 

I have a new master cylinder How much newer do I need?

Oh and I have brand new cutting edge wiper blades.

this is past
they have quite big pressure on fuel consumption, some 5-6years ago 3.0L 6cil engine was natural choice for car of a6 5series or e klasse, now 90% of these cars are 4cilinder.

i manage to make 55mpg with e220d 194hp, i was very careful and focused on than as much as i could. when i am in good mood i can achieve 100% economy efficiency even in city

with same driving style as mentioned above, i manage to get 15mpg(better than claimed) from g classe from 5.5L engine, i could smell petrol

MB is going to discontinued g65.
