was considering moving to Atlanta this winter and I see they only use tandem dump trucks can somebody please explain ? And what can these vehicles gross because everyone I ask tells me different sh*+ lol please if your from Georgia or have some familiarity please fill me in ?? Thanks

What CAN dump trucks gross?
Fill it with stone and see.
The reason I am being somewhat difficult is this is a three axle vehicle Steer = 12K one set of tandem = 34K Total 46000
Same as a road tractor carrying a trailer.
Now if you filled the one I used with stone? Yer easily overweight because it was a former road tractor with a frame big enough to take a box strong enough to hold and lift that stone. -
Same reason Alaska only uses tandems, but the state ones are exempt from overload fines, don't even have to weigh. lol
