How many carriers have had thousands of drivers had their CDL revoked for improper carrier training ?
And how many carriers have drivers that have to be told not to urinate at the fuel island ?

The Tennessee thing? Don't know much about that....

Do drivers from other carriers whizz at the fuel islands?

Somebody has to be, I remember when it was J.B.Hunt. I would say their size and shear presence has a lot to do with it. Plus "Swift" flows easily off the tongue, unlike Schneider, C.R. England, C.R.S.T. :biggrin_2556:

Yep, yep, yep....but I won't say WHICH carriers they drove for, as there are so MANY, that I no longer pay attention to who they drive for....:biggrin_25521:

A lot of it falls back on the co. When you have rookie drivers training rookie drivers you can expect rookie mistakes. Not all swifties are bad drivers, but I have seen more than my share of them making a bone head move. Blocking traffic, hitting stuff, just to name a few. I have seen them hit something that a drunk orangutan would have missed. Some of them are wild looking characters that look like anything but a driver. I have seen them demolish a truck at a fuel island and keep backing up and pulling forward trying to drag their trailer off of a tractor that they just hit. Problem was their trailer struck the truck beside them. The trailer made contact with the truck at the front of the trailer. About where their drives was. They still had about 53 foot of trailer left before they cleared the truck beside them and was trying to drag the trailer off of the truck...:biggrin_2556:

Again not all of them are bad, but they have some real winners crunching up anything that gets in their path...:biggrin_2556:
