What do you mean "Labor gets the difference and 18%"? Can you imagine a person getting their job back in trucking? The company would set them up for a fall and it would probably be easy for them to fire them for a supposed legitimate reason.....then the driver is really screwed (i.e. DAC).
Why no uniformity in laws, state to state?
