Will anyone hire me with an accident?

First companytgot me my cdl and trained me if u call it training.. First week out alone i pulled out of parking spot and rear end took out a mirror. First ding first week solo... Month latter scraped the side of a building sent to some little tiny truck wash and it was a nightmare of a place. Could only get into it with a left turn. Only way into the washing bay was pull up along side it. Blind side back and than pull in. On the way out had to snake around a building fir washing cars. Avoid a poorly parked boat and turn onto a busy road. Scraped the side while i was making sure i didnt hit the boat... 2nd ding. Was called into safety for evaluation and training. Went over a year nothing. Avoiding tight spots like the plague. And boom changing lanes while a small car was merging in blind spot into same lane. Got ticketed and convicted of failure to control. It was reportable accident had to do go get breathlizer and urine test done within the 2hrs since the 25 year old car would start had to be towed and i was ticketed. Right aftwr the conviction 2 months latter from the accident. Company said i no longer qualified and sent me home. I had a new job in 2 days with anouther large company with alot better pay and miles. Me and the terminal manager had to jump threw a few extra hoops to get me on. But i still got picked up from anouther large company with all that on my record with only 18months of driving.

 

Its not so much the incident itself, however what happens is it jacks up the companies insurance premiums and that's why there so strict on the issue.

Hi guys I have 2 at fault accidents on my driving record I don’t have my cdl yet I got 3 points on my license that will be cleared off in September of this year if I get my cdl a wat compies will hire me i plan on going to cdl school will I still get a job driving over the road when I get done with school

 

One would be what happened. You have to explain it. So do that here and see what goes wrong with that explanation when it doesn't matter rather than when getting hired depends upon it. Here they'll tell you what they think but a potential employer will not. Don't get upset about all the mistaken assumptions people make. Instead think about what you said and how that led them to those mistaken assumptions.

 

Still here still unemployed six monthss after citation of improper lane change that caused an accident. It is dificult to get employed with that charge on my MVR. My savings to purchase my own truck and startup my LLC one day is now drained. If anyone knows any 2nd chance company pls let me know. Im out here starving yall..

I agree. That is exactly what this is for. There is probably 6 million posts going back god only knows how many years.

I had to wrestle with a little internal warfare and make do in a way that is positive.
