Wow, just at a loss of words. So all of us hauling non essential #### should just sit home with our thumbs up our ##### waiting on our ever so competent govt, hands out like were living in section 8 waiting on the 1st of the month. Right ok. Most of our freight is in NYC/jerz/ct/Philly area. We're not running full bore because of the rates but hell yeah im taking as many loads that pay a fair rate into "hot zones" business as usual almost

This is being blown way out of proportion. Another agenda at play here.

I got 5 rounds of anthrax in 2001 or so. Needle in your arm or butt in the brig.

 

I got out of those Anthrax shots multiple times. Once in the 90s. I transferred off of a ship as they started giving out the shots. Since its a series I just didn't get any.

Then again when I was stationed in Japan around 2000. I transferred and didn't get them.

Then when I get back to the US I just missed getting them. A bunch of people I worked with at this time were complaining about major side effects of those shots and sometime after that the Navy stopped giving out Anthrax shots. I never got the first one and retired in 2011.

I don't know if we ever got anything for TB, doubt it, but I do know that I got yellow fever on a ship in the mid 2000s for some reason they were giving it to everybody on ships in the area at the time. I also had to take a bunch of malaria medication for 3-6 months back in 1993-1994 because being in or even near Africa we all had to.

 

What could that be?

 

All freight is essential for the earnings of the shipper and reciever. Stay home, go broke.
