Just upgraded after being mentored. Was assigned a 15 international prostar with only 170k miles on it, seems rather suspicious. Eta set for next day, should I drag it over to the shop to get it looked at? Should I ask and see if they can put an inverter in? What should I say?
Will shop put an inverter in?

Sounds like you got lucky, if it isn't a lemon.
My last ProStar was a '15 and it was a very good truck.
I've heard many of the shops will install a good size inverter if you ask them. I'd say chances are good since you will likely have that truck for 2 or 3 years. -
I'd be surprised if Swift keeps that ProStar for another two years.

They will keep it even if it keeps breaking down.
