Wind turbine blades transport in China

I have seen these sort of manipulators on blade trailers in Europe and South Africa but usually just for site moves. Regulations rule them out most of the time. That is what I like about the Chinese , they are very pragmatic and are allowed to be when there is a need. Having said that can you imagine if the wind came up.

 

Holy Crap, that is the coolest thing I've seen in a while. Course you have to remember this video is promoting the truck and it's capabilities, so the video only shows the best parts of the trip up the mountain. It doesn't show all the mess ups nor will you ever see that. China is very good at suppressing true information. That being said, I cannot fault them on their ingenuity and creative solutions to problems. Those trailers are amazing.

 

Wait till the company safety guy sees the fella riding on that trailer. He will soil his britches...
