windshield wipers will not turn off on my FL112

Hold slight pressure up or down while you push in.
Thats how I had to get mine to shut off....

 

Why not put a simple extra on/off switch on the dash?
If there is no current going to the system........then the possible faulty switch cannot active anything.

 

Hand in your MAN card if you are going to resort to reading instructions
I would replace switch if you can’t get it to operate properly.

 

Mine wouldn't turn off. Replaced and all is good now.

 

At least at out fleet those switches are junk. Always causing problems.
You can fiddle with it until you find the right exact spot, but good lock finding that spot again while driving down the road.

My suggestion is buy two, replace it and in 100k miles when it starts acting up again replace again. Did I mention I hate those switches and they are junk?
