    Are there any Witte drivers out there?? Or any one that went threw there cdl program?? Is it a good place to get started with? I live withing 20 miles of there home office. The home time looks good but the starting pay is a lot less than a lot of other companies with a cdl program. Any info would help. Thanks!

    I don't know what "total pay" means...all I look at is BASE PAY, because total pay could include unachievable bonuses and other rip-off BS.

    So I'd say for either trainee or experienced their pay blows. That's just me.

    Wow, I'm surprised their pay is that low. I was talking to one of their drivers the other day while we were waiting to get loaded and he seemed happy enough. He talked like they haul mostly LTL so I just figured he was making pretty good dough working for them. He was a recent "refresher guy" that had been off the road for a while. They do seem to have pretty good equipment though.
