Woman Run Over In Truck Stop Parking Lot

Police are still trying to see who was at fault?

I don’t know about this issue but a lot of trucks race way to fast through the lots right after they did their 1/2 hour fuel island break

 

My goodness. Sad story. I wonder what happened to her dog. Rest In Peace.

 

It is truly ridiculous how many of them drive in the Truckstop parking lot….

 

Did anyone see what company she drove 4 by chance we lost a driver at East-West Express it is sad not sure same lady but found out today

 

He was distracted. Guaranteed. Wasn’t looking in front. now that said. This past week I saw a short guy go in front of me as I was about to pull out of the island. I popped it in first and saw the top of his head from my right go in front of my hood and literally maybe centimeters away from my hood. He disappeared in front of me and came out the drivers side.



Point of the story is watch the trucks as you are crossing in front of them. Make sure the drivers see you. Make eye contact if possible.


And if your short don’t get so close to the hood that you arnt seen.

 

Wow, hope they catch the idiot. The way some guys drive in the truck stops, it was only a matter of time.

 

I get really pissed when I see the steering wheel holders gunning it through the truckstop. Zero courtesy. Zero consideration. It’s so dangerous that it should be a fireable offense.

 

I actually saw a dry box roll her tractor over in the TA outside of Jackson, TN a few years ago.
