I was wondering if anyone could tell me about covenant trucking. Are they a good company to work for or are they a bad company to work for? Any and all infomation would be great.

I cant comment, but they have a TON of new freightliners out there. So new equipment may mean they are making money, if they cant pay for the trucks, they wouldnt have them.

HORRIBLE experience - my wife and I teamed for them 2 years ago - I ran solo with them before that. They don't give 2 rat's butts about their drivers, which I know is common... but we were asked to starve, and to sit in Phoenix at 115 degrees and not idle (or make money).

There are better options out there my friend. Trust me. It may take some looking, but you find one. How much experience do you have??

I haven,t drove in 8 years! My farther became very ill and needed me to help him out so i had to quit driving a car carrier and take care of him he died about a year ago. so i,m trying to find a driving job again hell i,m to the point i,ll take what ever i can get as far as driving goes.

Say, wolfen.....did you keep your CDL up when you got off of the road...or did you let it lapse and simply keep your "car" license?

Call Swift and CRST. Both are better than Covenant. Also call JBS carriers.

My CDLS are up to date no tickets or accidents in hell 15 20 years now. my CDLS are good till 2019.
