I see the US Navy is going to start letting women serve aboard subs next year. What a mistake that will be. I wonder how many torpedo tube babies will be created? LOL I certainly would not want to be on board a sub with women. The chances of having problems with sexual harassment and fraternization are too great. The OP on this thread is a perfect example.

I've worked in many male dominated industries in my life, and never had a problem. I will joke and banter with the guys, but if they cross the line, they get put back in line real quick. That's the end of it.

Having said that, I also ended up requesting a new trainer when I started driving. The first one I had was a complete jerk. I gave it 4 weeks, and then moved on.

Too had the original post was deleted. I got a good laugh out of it.

The idea of someone who calls herself "Diva" or "Hottie" and complains of sexual harassment...that just cracks me up.

Hmmm too bad I missed that post. Having said that being in a male industry is what you make of it. I give it back as good as the jerks at the pump dish so who knows....

I trained 3 women at CRST.
First thought she knew everything. I put her off the truck 3rd week.
Second Did ok had some issues because not being able to pull tandams, Got mad because I would only rock truck for her but made her pull it herself.
Third we got back to 80 after leaving CR she went to sleeper as we left. As i turned onto 80 she opened curtain butt naked asked So you ready to have fun? I turned around dropped her back in yard immediately

I trained several female drivers...only had "issues" with two...dealt with the issues immediately! The others knew they were getting into "a man's world" and dealt with the almost daily comments from other drivers...just like Lilbit said!

I really didn't find much difference between a male student and a female student...a good student (no matter the gender) will make the most of a situation, not fall prey to the shortcomings they put on themselves!
