3 companies since February! Definitely have to go with a 2nd chance company, at the very least.
Which town are you near in South Texas and what's your zip code there?

Most companies will consider you a job hopper.
If you want to go with Swift, then apply and maybe luck out.

You can have valid safety reasons for leaving 9 companies, the next employer is not interested in a driver who keeps changing jobs. Imagine wanting to marry a woman that has been engaged 6 times before she met you. She might be trouble.

If you had a clean record, good job history, no criminal/drugs and you wanted lots of opportunity far, far South Texas isn't the place. If I wanted to be a mountain climber I would have to leave Nebraska.

The best way to avoid becoming seen as a job hopper is to put in enough research to find a company that is already providing to their current drivers what you need to keep working for that company. Too many new drivers think the company will change for them and the company can do anything for any driver. You have to talk to current drivers at trucking companies before you decide to work for it even if you need the money. Or you have to stay at that company for a year or two no matter what happens. Of those 2 choices, which will you do?
