I want to leave my honest experience working with Tiflis Transportation, for anyone who wants facts, not emotions.
Bottom line first: this is a good company. Not a bad tire — a good tire, if you know what I mean. If you’re a driver who actually wants to work, this is a solid place to be.
1. Day-to-day work
What I like most is that nobody is on your ### all day. As long as pickups and drops are done on time, they leave you alone to do your job. I drive, listen to my radio, and run my loads. No stress, no drama, no constant micromanaging.
2. Safety & compliance
Safety matters here — let’s be honest about that. If you get a ticket, you say it. If you need something, they help you get it. I’ve never been forced to violate HOS. When hours are tight, dispatch works with appointments or reschedules. Logs are handled through ELD as required.
3. Technology (this actually helps)
One thing I genuinely like is that the company uses modern apps, TMS, and tracking systems. Everything from dispatch, inspections, documents, and mileage is handled through apps instead of paperwork and phone calls. It makes the driver’s routine easier, not harder, and keeps things organized. You can tell they’re trying to keep up with new technology, not stay stuck in the past.
4. Operations
The company is organized, trucks are good, and things are handled better here than at a lot of other places I’ve worked. Pre-trip photos, inspections, and apps aren’t there to mess with drivers — they’re there to avoid bad DOT inspections and problems down the road. I’ve passed inspections without violations.
The contract clearly lists responsibilities, penalties, and expectations. Nothing was hidden after onboarding. If you read what you sign and do your job, there are no surprises.
5. Management & accountability
Manager — he can be rough sometimes, but he’s fair and honest, and I respect that. If you do your job and don’t do stupid ####, you’re good here. Penalties aren’t random — they’re tied to real violations listed in the contract.
Final thoughts:
It’s not perfect, but this company has gotten better over time, and that’s why I’ve stayed. This is a solid company for drivers who want to work and be left alone to do it, as long as you respect safety and the rules.

Nope, no filters bypassed here. Just a real driver sharing a real experience.
I don’t get paid to write reviews — I get paid to drive.
If the experience was bad for you, that’s fair. Mine’s been different, so I shared it. Simple as that. -
It’s a “FLEECE” company. Not interested. Hope others do their homework. Funny, first time poster and writes about a Fleecer.
